Here is the "At Home" workout for the weekend. It is 14 minutes long and will be 14 rounds.
Set a timer to go off every 60 seconds. Do the following:
10 Touchdown Jump Squats
10 V Sit Ups
Minutes 1,3,5,7,9,11,13 hold remainder of minute in right side plank.
Minutes 2,4,6,8,10,12,14 remainder of minute in left side plank.
