It's a 750 Rep Challenge just in time for the Holidays! You will do 25 repetitions of each exercise. However, if there is a (R/L=1) after the exercise you will do 50 total of that exercise or 25 on each side. This is a full body, cardio and strength based workout that you can complete in under 25 minutes. Perfect for these days when time runs short.
We did this workout with a 10 lb. Sandbag. Most everything can be done with either a single or set of dumbbells or a medicine ball. The Sandbag Slams will need to be subbed out if you don't have a Sandbag. In place of that you can do Squat Jumps.
