This one left us all limping around for days!
You'll need to download an interval timer to your phone or tablet. Gymboss & Everlast also offer stand alone interval timers. You will also need a medium weight set of dumb bells or a sand bag. (I used 10 lb. dumb bells.)
For the first portion set it up for 8 rounds of :20 work/:10 rest. (You'll restart it for each exercise.)
When you've completed the 6 exercises in the top portion reset your timer for 6 rounds of :20 work/:10 rest and complete those exercises.
Work hard to match your intensity and reps on each round of every exercise and move through the workout at a quick pace.
