Homework workout for the week of 7/28:
This one is tough!
REMEMBER: Get your chest to the ground on the Pushups, booty back & down, down, DOWN on those Air Squats...
then stand all the way up and push the hips forward on each one!! BIG old frog jump on the Frog Jump Burpees & knees to the ground on the Walking Lunges (R/L=1).
Don't forget to have FUN & work HARD!
